Warranty
No warranty is implied by Holiday Pools Inc. All Warranties are handled through their manufactures. At no time is Holiday Pools Inc. responsible for covering any warranty claims on products they sell.
Feel free to call Holiday Pools Inc. for phone numbers or web addresses of manufactures. We deal only with reputable companies who warrant their products in a courteous and timely manner.
All products are sold with manufacturer warranty only.
No diving in above ground pools.
Service
All shipping of larger items are curbside only. For items such as pool kits and spas the receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise.
Shipping is only estimated for continental USA only, all others will be notified of actual shipping costs via E-mail.
Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. Holiday Pools Inc. is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage or demand to shipped items should be reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.
All shipping costs are estimated when you order. If they are different from your online order form you will be notified via E-mail of actual costs.
Returns
Returns only after RMA# is issued. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping cost is non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping. No open boxes will be accepted, returns on new, unopened boxes only.
Exclusions
No returns on above ground pool kits, spas or heaters.
All sales are final on these items.
Cancellations are accepted only before shipment.
Not responsible for typographical errors. You will receive only the products you ordered.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Changes will be sent via E-mail if they are changed.
International orders are accepted with Money Orders or Cashiers Check.
